Veteran Trial Lawyer James W. Walker Joins Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, Reinforcing Firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Capabilities

Walker, a seasoned trial lawyer who successfully defends clients throughout all stages of a matter, including at both the federal and state trial court level, in the Fifth Circuit and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, multiple Texas appellate courts, and the Supreme Court of Texas. Walker’s arrival bolsters PSZJ’s capabilities in complex litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution.
In addition, Jim conducts claims investigations in significant chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, as well as in ICDR-AAA arbitration proceedings involving a variety of commercial disputes.

Mr. Walker was previously the founder and managing partner of a “Fortune 500 Go-To Law Firm” and has enjoyed a Martindale Hubbell “Preeminent A/V” rating since 1995.
