Corporate and Transactional Attorney Zev Bomrind Joins Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP

An alumnus of AmLaw 50 firms, Zev brings to the firm a wealth of experience in corporate, securities, loan, and commercial transactions.
Zev’s career and successes include his representation of companies in transformative transactions – including representing private-equity backed companies in numerous add-on acquisitions; Creative Medical Technologies Holdings, Inc. and Cyclo Therapeutics, Inc. in their uplisting to Nasdaq and private and public securities offerings; and MKTG, INC, in its acquisition by Dentsu Aegis Network. He will join PSZJ’s growing team of transactional and bankruptcy attorneys who regularly handle complex corporate transactions, including, mergers and acquisitions, complex plans of reorganization, and securities offerings, while providing creative solutions to PSZJ’s clients that include hedge funds, bondholder groups, private equity investors, and other sophisticated parties in connection with troubled companies.

Zev graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland in 1991 and, in 1996, earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Fordham University, where he also served on the Fordham Law Review.
